Return Process

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is confirmed via email.
